Perfektes ErgebnisIch habe mir bewusst eine Farbe ausgesucht, die sehr nahe an meiner Original-Haarfarbe ist. Das Grau sollte halt nur verdeckt werden. Das Ergebnis ist eine tolle, natüerliche Farbe, das Grau ist verschwunden. Die Haare glaenzen und füehlen sich gut an. Für mich wichtig: man sieht nicht, dass ich coloriert habe. I want copper!I asked for an adjustment this time to get more of a copper penny look and my colorist really came thru! I get so many compliments and others wanting to know where I have it done. Incredible!!!This product and its customer care are exceptional!!! Not only do I LOVE my color, but the staff answered all of my emails within 24 hours with questions on how to use their products. They gave me their answers, plus there are video tutorials and my own set of instructions that come with my kit. This place is amazing!!!
