So happy with my color!I am so lucky to have found esalon! I cannot believe how easy and helpful this has been. My personal colorist has been amazing. Love . ItMy first order was lost in the mail and all I had to do was send an e-mail message and without any questions I was send my hair color again. When I colored my hair I was amazed at the way not only of the perfect way my hair took to my color but also on how soft my hair was. Will most definitely keep ordering my hair color again. Love it!This makes life easy. I started coloring my own hair to save money. Esalon makes it easy because I don't have try and remember when I colored last or what color I used. Perfect colorI wanted to change my color slightly. I have dark brown hair, am 72 and never had any other color. Wanted a hint of eggplant, that would show in the sunlight n dark brown when not in the sun. Thought this would be just enough wildness for someone my age. First time out n you got it just right! Nice color, but follow the directions carefully!The color is true to what I ordered. Be careful to follow the application process, however. After applying to my roots I forgot to wait one minute after applying the remaining color before I rinsed it out. I have 2-toned hair now because the second application did not have time to set.
