A step backI messaged the stylist to let them know I was looking for ash brown hair. I have previously lightened hair all over, and i was worried about it not being ashy. She said she would have my do a colorfill, and then apply a Demi permanent color on top. The color fill was golden, but the second color (medium brown) that I applied just emphasized all the of RED tones. So much work was done to get my hair light enough so that it could be ashy. And untilamtely I ended up with what I had before I lighted my hair!! Orange hair that looks kinda brown in certain lighting, but straight up orange in natural light. Sadly didn't cover GreyI gave all the information on my salon color (Brand/forumla) as well as general information about my hair. I watched all the videos (some multiple times) and followed instructions to the T as best I could here on my own....Sadly while it has "muted" the grey it didn't cover it....is there something else I should do? adjustment to formula? just try again? can't see on the website how to reach out to my colorist.....love the idea of this and hope can get more information to make it work better 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. beautiful color!I really love the color, it's brilliant, and has a very natural effect. The shipment basically got lost, so it arrived much later than I expected. Excellent Color but not adequate Gray CoverageColor itself is fabulous! Easy to Apply & Detailed explanation on how to use! but unfortunately my gray hairs are not darkened completely. Great color, soft hair, very convenientColor products are easy to use and leave my hair soft. Also, they don't have a strong smell. I love that I can adjust my order and request adjustments to my color.
