Satisfaite mais...Je ne devais colorer que mes racines, ce que j'avais précisé lors de ma commande. Rien n'étant indiqué dans le mode d'emploi annexé aux produits, j'ai mélangé la totalité des 2 flacons. J'ai utilisé moins du tiers du mélange ainsi obtenu. Le reste est donc parti à la poubelle alors que j'aurais pu faire encore 2 colorations. Dommage ! C'est du gâchis de produits et d'argent. Beautifully and completely packagedWhile very, very "afraid" to do my own color, I've now completed my first order. I was very pleased with the customer service and the speed of answering several of my questions (and I have a new one as of today.) Thoughts: I am going to try using the bottle method rather than the brush. It's sooo sloppy and I ended up with color on my counter top and wall (enough so that I need to repaint a spot.) The color bled through my gloves and my right hand and nails were a mess. So guess I'll double up on two pairs of gloves. I have very hard impenetrable roots and it's so-so on them. I've had to use my Loreal spray on color at the crown and at my part. Next time, I'll hit those areas double hard. GREAT COLOUR - MESSY APPLICATIONThis was my first time using eSalon. The application process was similar to other home-dye hair kits I have used in the past. However, eSalon included an additional step after colouring and before rinsing off, which the instructions stressed should not be skipped. I had to fill the empty tint bottle with water, shake it up and then apply all over my head and massage in for 2-3 minutes. I imagine that this is to 'loosen' the tint and make it easier to rinse out, as well as making sure it had been applied evenly. This was an incredibly messy process. My daughter was helping me, so I hung my head over the bath while she applied it and massaged it in. It went everywhere; I don't think I would have managed this on my own without making an awful mess. Also, the formulation of the tint had a very strong ammonia smell. My daughter said it made her eyes sting when applying it. Although my hair has been thoroughly rinsed and washed, there is still a faint ammonia whiff some hours later. Having said all that, the colour is spot on. My hair feels soft and looks shiny. All greys are banished (for now!) I am not sure if I would order this product again at the full price. Bold and brightPlenty of product - great added things like 2 pairs of gloves and the stain wipe The colour was too bold for me and will need to tone it down - I also found the product very drying for my hair and used a lot of conditioner every wash since - 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. UnsatisfactoryI have only just used the first colour package and am not happy with the result as the colour is very dark AND before I had time to contact you to cancel any more products being sent I received the second package! This is very upsetting as I tried to cancel any other packages but could only delay the delivery date as there was no way on your system of stopping further deliveries. Please accept this message as my formal instructions that I do not wish to receive any products from you with IMMEDIATE EFFECT! And you will remove all my personal and card details from your database on receipt of this message and will confirm by email that you have closed my account with you and that you will not take any further monies from my Bank Account. I am self-isolating at the moment so I am unable to return the second box at this time. I have tried on several occasions to call you but all lines are busy. Way too dark and not what I thought I was gettingMy previous hair color, a box color, was a medium auburn I liked and received many compliments on. The color in my eSalon kit, applied according to their instructions, is a solid dark brown which looks unnatural and is not what I ordered. I am very fair, have very pale eyes and had natural auburn hair, which suited my coloring, for the first two decades of my life. This color makes me look older than I am and is way too dark for my complexion. I am very unhappy with it and will not be ordering from them again.
