Wow - pretty perect color match!I was so nervous to try this. I have never colored my own hair before. I did a test piece of hair to see if color matched and it did! So then I did all my roots. I had a lot of white hair roots and I have thick hair, so I was worried I would not have enough product but I actually had some left over. I have an undercut long pixie cut, so I think that made it a bit easier to deal with. However the hardest part was sectioning the hair well - my sectioning was not perfect, but the hair color was very forgiving and it came out so much better than I had expected. Really impressed with the color match of this product! Highly recommended. Loved that I could send in a photo during the ordering process. Good color but a little too darkI used my color at home yesterday and it was fast and easy. I feel like leaving it on for 35 min may have been too long as the color is darker than I expected it to be and darker than I wanted it. MehThe color was okay. The packaging was fancy and they did their best to impress me by sending 2 bottles with different peroxide volumes. Problem is that they got it totally backward. They wanted me to put the 15 volume on my roots and the 20 volume on the ends. How does that make any sense at all? Anything lower than 20 vol peroxide will not cover grey very well and having to mix 2 bottles is pointless and annoying. Not to mention that I was depositing color not lifting color so if they wanted to really impress me they would have sent 10 volume for the ends. Then they turned around and auto charged me for more color 10 weeks later without checking with me. In normal times, okay, maybe, but THERE IS A PANDEMIC GOING ON. I need my money for rent not hair color and the ONLY way to cancel is to call during business hours.
