Covers my graysI really don't have gray hair... I have white hairs. No one has ever been able to color those hairs that last at least six weeks. This color does. Being a nurse I interact every day with people. I have had so many compliments. More than just pleasantly surprised!This is my first order and was dubious about what kind of coverage I would get on my roots and greys. I also asked for a slightly different colour then the flat medium brown I had got in the supermarket. AmazingDon't get me wrong--i was definitely worried about having some stranger pick out my hair color based on pictures. So I called them. Their customer service was amazing, and they talked to me as a stylist would if I was sitting in their chair at a salon. I took a leap of faith and went for it...my hair is naturally brown, but I have been a shock-red with blonde highlights for a year. They took my photos and my comments into consideration ("I want red, but still professional for work) and created the perfect color. I freaked out when applying it (purple dye!) But after shampoo and blow dry, it is the EXACT color I've been trying to master for so long.
