Excellent customer serviceI ordered my initial color at a discount to try the product. They sent 2 bottle to ensure full coverage. I used as instructed and hated the color! I left it for about a week, thinking I just needed to adjust to it and it would be fine. A caveat being, this is only my second time coloring my hair ever in my 30+ years. So anyway, about a week in and I decide I can't wait, i do not like how my hair looks and can't wait until my next order in 2 months. I called the service number and spoke with a rep. She told me what I need to do first (take pics in natural light so they can see the color and identify what changes to make). I took the pics, replied to the email, and got a call back within the hour! We talked about what I wanted and what I didn't want, and they are making a whole new formula for me, free of charge, because I wasn't satisfied! I'm so excited to get my new color and try again. This will keep me coming back and will make me totally recommend to others! Bravo! I will update (or review a second time) once I recieve the new color and can try it out! I am editing this post as of March 12th. The new color esalon sent me is beautiful. My hair is still healthy. I waited a while to write the review to see if my hair would fade and it hasn't. I recieved my new color quickly, the directions were tailor made again to ensure full color coverage, and I am very happy with my results overall.
