Didn't really cover the grayI had two concerns, one was gray coverage and another brassy or pulling red/orange like my hair does. The hair around my face which had the product on the longest didn't get the gray coverage I expected and where it did color looks mighty coppery for a "cool" color. Time will tell how many washing the color lasts through. My hair did not feel soft when I was done even after using the conditioner that came with it. On my order, I did specify that my hair pulled orange and didn't receive any feedback before my order shipped.
