Not the color I wanted at all:’(I really was so excited to try out this dye!! I’ve been using box dye, and I like the color of the one I’ve been using, but I don’t like the damage and I feel like it doesn’t last as long. I thought this would give me better results. I followed all of the instructions completely, but I’ve spent my whole morning in tears because my hair looks nothing at all like what I expected. I wanted a cool toned auburn shade, but instead I got a fiery red shade with brownish roots. I really really hate the way I look, and I don’t know how or why I got this color when it was not at all what I chose. Easy Process, but my hair didn’t take the colorThe process and instructions are amazing!! Definitely easy to follow and it’s fool proof. I just unfortunately have super dark hair, so there was just no difference in the color at all. I knew there was a risk with the purple undertones, but I was hoping they’d show a little in the sun and unfortunately it’s just dark brown. workes the best of all the color kits i have ever bought.i have stuck with this for several years, why, because they work with you until you are perfectly thrilled with the color. I have used all types of over the counter color plans, and found none to equal this product. Never hit the markTried a few years ago and never got it right. Decided to give it another shot and still not there. I don’t like the way it makes my hair feel in comparison to other products and the color was never vibrant enough an always too dark.
