Sooo Gentle on my hair!My hair is tricky...Breaks easy and soaks up color too quickly without coloring gray. With eSalon it's been GREAT! No Breakage! So ProfessionalI love the color blend I receive from esalon. The coloring is so much nicer than what I receive professionally not to mention that it adds volume. After occasional discussions on color mixture and asking hairdresser to pull color through ends for the last 5 minutes, I'm going to start coloring my own hair again. I am new to dyeing my own hairI love the personalization of this entire experience -- makes me feel very special! I also like how responsible the staff is in making certain I am happy. This first batch was a little dark and didn't cover the grey, so the team is now working on a new formulation for my next shipment.
