Awesome colorI had just found out that Revlon had discontinued my hair color, what's up with that! Then I found esalon online, a personal colorist sounded great,so I found a couple photos of the color I liked & described it in my own words. In a short time my color and so much more arrived! My color, directions, and cream to prevent color on my skin and a color remover for places I missed with the cream. I mixed and applied etc. I loved my soft beautiful red hair. I colored my hair several times with the same great results. As we changed seasons I wanted some changes to my color, I emailed my colorist, described the changes I was looking for. My next order brought those changes and a hair color I tailored to my specifications. I receive compliments regarding my hair daily. I am very pleased with eSalon and their customer service shipments on my time table, color changes as I need them and they stay connected thru emails regarding my thoughts on their service, and before they are due to ship my next treatment they inquire if I want any changes or products added.
