Excellent!The first time using eSalon was good but after giving feedback, my formula was was made perfectly for me. No brassy roots or super dark ends. The color is consistent and natural looking. Easy & great qualityThis hair color is so easy to use, the color is perfectly matched and it doesn't smell as bad as others I've tried. Very Happy with Color and Customer ServiceI was very skeptical about trying something online for my hair, however, the process was very easy, esalon has an extremely detailed and expansive color selection, and the results were amazing from my first experience. I had a lot of questions and customer service was very happy to have a colorist contact me. After a few questions, she helped develop an awesome formula resulting in me having super cool hair color!
