Por favor, contactad conmigoHola, en mi historial de pedidos pone que he recibido 3...no es cierto. Solo he recibido 1 completo y normal que valía 10 euros y me regalabais el color 2. Ahora recibo el “supuestamente tercer envío”, que es en realidad el segundo y me cobrais 25 por un solo bote. Not the colour I ordered, hair feel like straw, colour fades quicklyI asked for my colour to be lightened a little from the red that is close to my natural hair color as I am covering a few grays. What I got was BROWN. It is awful. I can't fix it for another 3 weeks since my hair needs time to recover from this tragedy. My hair feels like straw, it is dull, and oddly sticky. I followed all directions. Made sure all of the product was rinsed from my hair, let it air dry for a bit before using the hair dryer. My hair looks and feels terrible. The color was wonderfulThe color was wonderful for updating my roots. It looked very natural and realistic, like I could have been born with this color. Custom color set reviewI loved working with E-Salon! It was a lot of fun sending in the assessment to find the right color for me and getting the kit in the mail. The kit is put together really well; organized and very user friendly and the color turned out perfectly- just what I wanted.
