Love it!Love the way my custom color brightens my hair. So pretty! The colorist contacted me right away to offer advice on my color choice. I took her advice and am very happy with the shade. Beautiful resultsWhile the color was slightly more brown than I wanted, it turned out beautiful. Probably the best at home kit I've ever used. It was also super easy to adjust the color with my colorist, and I look forward to my next coloring to see what it looks like. Loved the color in FIRST shipmentWhen you order from this company, there is a separate charge for root color and ends color. Surprise!! Shipments come on time, quality is good, but customer service is inadequate. Never got the same root color twice no matter what the bottle was marked, no refunds.
