Cobertura de canasEl último pedido que hice pensé que finalmente cubriría mis canas; después de meses cambiando y cambiando los tonos con la colorista y solo una vez cubrió mis canas. Esta vez quedaron igual a como las tenía y la verdad ya me cansé de pagar por un producto que no sirve para lo que yo necesito. Decepcionada totalmente de la calidad que en un principio era. An adjustment by my colorist made all the difference!I’m so happy that I called to speak to my colorist I explained that my color was fading and not covering my gray around my face. She made a change to my developer and sent a replacement set. Needless to say, I am thrilled with my color again! I can’t thank all of you for your dedication and concern for my needs. First time trying eSalon’s custom hair colorI asked for a coppery red color. This first try of eSalon custom color did not give me the color I wanted. I used to be called “Carrot Top” because of my natural hair coloring.
