My new colorI definitely have found a new color! My color is not turning brassy as it has with other products (the same stylist for 20 years and Madison Reed). Long lasting red.I have been using esalon color for 3 colorings. I'm pleased with the product, I have recommended it to friends and family...good, long lasting color, and reds tend to fade quickly and turn brassy, this product does not. Pretty good gray coverage. It's pricey but it lasts about 3-4 weeks longer than store bought so it should eventually pay for itself. I've had to adjust the color, just me. But i'm annoyed to pay for shipping - that's why I dropped a star. When you're in a "club" with regular deliveries you should never have to pay shipping! Also be aware of how often they send out your next box, it was a bit confusing until I got the right buttons. At least try it once, you'll probably be impressed.
