amazingly easy to follow directionsI appreciate the chance to communicate with a specialist regarding my wants, expectations and concerns while deciding on a color fit for me. I was nervous about being able to apply correctly but the kit included very easy to follow directions including pictures and the to do videos on the website. A Loyal CustomerBeen a customer for a year now and I must share how happy I am. The product is awesome and nothing I have ever used in the past compares to the results I now have.
