I am devastated.I have medium/dark brown hair with red undertones and I like to color it a brighter red. I selected a dark brown/red/ burgundy as my new color, and sent a picture which is recommended. I also advised that I was looking for intense color. After coloring with E-salon, my hair is dark dark dark brown now.....AT BEST! I think it looks black. I hate it. My hair is dry and miserable looking. I followed directions to a T, and read all the reviews.
