How do they do it?I sent in a picture of my hair color and added a picture of what I would like. My colorist picked the perfect shade the first time. I have never had to adjust it. Excellent product and color.I had asked for a lighter color without red tones and it was perfect! Just what I wanted, especially for the summer. Love the colorUnlike store colors, this one is the best one I have ever had. It penetrates deep into the gray hair and your grays don’t show up again the next day.
