Whitney’s colorI came in with an open mind to this experience seeing as the $35 cost. I set up my profile and chatted with salon manager and stylist about my hair goals (both red heads) and they didn’t get me close to the cooper red warmth I was trying to achieve in the pictures I put on my profile. I do however like the brownish /auburn hues 6.54 they got me. I’m just disappointed with the customizable sales pitch when it’s not at all the case. It’s more like the same risk of boxed hair dye. They showed me color swatch book, I picked cooper color swatch she put that in the Polly machine and it came out completely different color red ! Love thisThe fact that I pay less for the kit than I tip at a salon is just the icing on the cake.
