MécontentementJe viens tout juste de recevoir la commande du mois d’avril ! D’ailleurs tellement ça a tardé j’ai complètement oublié la commande jusqu’à ce que je la reçois aujourd’hui. La couleur ne correspond absolument pas à ce que j’avais demandé et cela depuis la dernière commande chatin cendré Merci d’annuler mon abonnement. Not what i was hoping forMy color is dull after a couple of days. The gold tones are coming through when I wanted ashy tones. Too brassy....and really one toned, not multi layered color. Great colorLove the color of doing my hair myself. So easy to use in my home & directions are clear. If need any help-they are only a phone call away. It's nice that I can send a picture to show them of any adjustments I want to make. I've been using ESalon color for a few years now & I wouldn't go back to store bought.
