Great hair care & colourThe colour products are so easy to use, and I love that there is a choice between chemicals that can damage my hair or not but having the same effects and giving the same professional finish. The colour is my choice and I can ask my colourist for tweets when I need them. My hair is left with a soft silky finish every time and my hair is healthy even when using this product. It is great that can get the look of a salon finish without the salon price. Everything is provided including stain protector and stain remover, not that I have had to use either. Off the shelf products for home use do not have the same care for different types of hair, whereas esalone you need to give as much information about your hair as possible, so if you provide the wrong information/untrue information, then that is on you, I'm afraid. Amazing color - saving so much moneyHello Esalon, I would like to send you some feedback. I was recommended to you by a coworker, I was hesitant to say the least. I thought to get a good color you had to pay at least $300 at a salon. I sent in my request and thought there was no way that you could match the color i wanted, boy way i wrong. The color you sent me was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. The instructions were easy to follow and the quality of the product was like a salon. My outcome was shiny and beautiful hair in the color I wanted. I used to spend so much money just to get my roots done and this is such an amazing option for a very reasonable price. Prochaine couleur !Je suis ravie de ma première expérience excepté le bémol des cheveux blans à la racine survenus après 8 jours de pause. (Je suivrais votre conseil pour la prochaine application à savoir le temps de pause à prolonger ). Je prépare ma prochaine couleur je souhaiterais les éclaircir avec soit des mèches lumineuse qui éclaircieraient mon visage, soit une couleur lègèrement plus claire. Que me conseillez-vous ? Universal leave in conditionerI used for the first time this morning. I have very fine hair so I rarely use conditioner. It flattens my hair. Rubbish!Complete wrong colour , I ordered mahogany copper, when the dye was on it went dark purple when I was the dye out my hair is now a dark brown and the ends r a diffrent colour! 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Du auch? |

Excellent, natural colori have been a client of esalon.com for many, many years and have gone through numerous changes...i like this product, i like the way my hair feels after coloring, i like the outcome...what i don't like is that there is no option to either "pause" orders (there used to be) or even cancel...as i am now older, i want my grey to come through, but apparently esalon now traps you into a lifelong commitment, perhaps even intending to send product after death...customers have a right to easily leave subscriptions...esalon does not seem to think so 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
