Easy to apply and leaves hair shinyThe color was easy to apply and not time consuming or very messy. My hair felt like sludge when I first washed it, so I washed twice. I also pulled a lot of hair out but that could be overdue shedding. I will keep an eye on that. First time from a "Box" I got the color I wanted!!!My hair is glorious!!! They were generous with the amounts of developer and color so I had no problem covering all of my hair, which is almost all the way down my back about five inches past my bra band. As a matter of fact, I had leftover color! The process was a pain but only because of how long my hair is and how pathetic the hair clips I used were. Everything else was amazing! I loved that my name was on almost everything (I'm one of those people who never finds their name on keychains at souvenir shops). I loved the stain guard and the stain remover! The color is exactly what I wanted and I do mean exactly! Not too light, not too dark, perfect! It's shiny, soft, warm, and perfectly suited to my complexion! Also, I have sensitive skin and had not a single issue with any of the products. The only annoying part was I had to get out of the shower to cut open the shampoo and conditioner packets with scissors because I couldn't open them. Unfortunately faded quicklyGreat pack, excellent customer service. Only downfall is the fade only a fortnight later washing with coloured hair shampoo and conditioner it faded to a wishy washy ginger colour. I’m so unimpressedI ordered online because I didn’t want to use Walmart quality hair dye and that what I got. I followed the instructions to a tee and still see grays, my skin is burning along with my eyes. I specifically said in my notes that I have an issue with thinning hair and losing it due to medical issues and that’s why I wanted specialized hair dye rinsing it out I lost 2x the usual hair and for the first time in a long time I had to use a conditioner.
