PerfectI have been using this product now for a while and can honestly say I wouldn't use any other. The colour is always perfect, looks fab,feels great with the luxurious shampoo and conditioner and the free gloves and stain guard just push it towards perfect. I have the product delivered to Europe. It always arrives on time. I love the fact that I can adjust the colour and am always given plenty of notice if I wish to do so and can contact my colourist at any time. The personal plan that comes with it is great too with clear instructions. Turned out Well!I was a little nervous about coloring my hair but it actually turned out nice. The color did not cover all my gray but it got most of them. My gray's are fairly stubborn. It did take me a while to get it all on, due to lack of experience I am sure, so instead of 30 mins after application I just did 15 and it worked out good.
