We can confirm that your formulation did not have added red. We did not receive a photo along with your order, however the results described indicate that your natural color is darker than indicated in your profile. When lifting from that natural level, warm underlying pigment is revealed, and this pigment is reddish for brunettes. We always recommend submitting a photo in natural lighting when ordering online, so that a colorist can review your canvas prior to formulating.
