I saw Red!I love the color but just a little too red for me but I know we will get it fixed in the next bottle I get from E salon! I do however love the coverage of my greys! Very Satisfied with this color set.This was easier to apply than I thought it would be. I did it myself so just used the bottle, missed one or two small spots but that was my fault. The color went on easily and the directions were great. My gray is very color resistant, but this color seemed to "stick" better than the store bought brand I usually use. Gray areas are slightly lighter, but like I said, my gray is stubborn. I like the look of the color, it looks natural and not flat. I lioved that it came with 2 pairs of gloves and the cream to apply around your hairline to keep from staining the skin. Custom color setI LOVE my hair color! I had so much fun with getting my custom color, I hope my stylist did too. In the beginning I had an idea of what I wanted and with each trial, I would take a photo of the color and send it to my stylist and say what I liked and what could be changed, such as this is a little to light, more gold, could the same color be a shade darker or deeper or richer. Changes would be made and after 6 months I finally figured it out and got my perfect color. I really did like trying the colors as they came. I never felt that my requests were not being heard and I never felt as if my stylist was annoyed with me or frustrated with me. did not blend nor get the correct hair colorThis product only caused my hair to go a darker brown instead of the auburn it was supposed to. Great Color at a Super Price & With a Gentle HandI have been a client of eSalon for years now (on and off) and find them to be a great resource for all things hair...and one that gleefully offers up help and feedback. I have lived with an assortment of tones ranging from an assortment of medium Blonde(s), then onto some vibrantly bright Reds and now I finally took my hair back to it's true roots...that of stone cold Gray. I was tired of all of those Root Horror Shows over the years (especially with that Red), but wanted a bit of more color and warmth to help soften those signs of my many, often tumultuous years. eSalon has always been that kind hand I needed, often talking and easing me into the land of new color, with this being no exception. The final color needed a little bit of a push here and there, but I am now as happy as a champagne blonde clam. So folks, trust this source...they are simply great; offering up appropriate color in a snap AND all for an amazing price. My new look is so good that my RL stylist wanted to know how I was coloring my hair these days (especially because of that bright Red to Gray transition). She was shocked to learn this is all done online.
