Great colorI dyed my hair with a drug store color for cartoon hair. It was fun but there came a time to straighten out the color. I had decided I wanted to try red but I wanted a red shade that looked like something God had created not something that looked fake. I took the quiz to find a shade with eSalon and they created a color. I love it. Next time I want to lighten it a little and I know they will know exactly what to do. Love the colourCustomer service is fab. Love the colour but struggling to cover all greys. The application process is easy and personal and the little touches are great. Down side is I think the colour guard is very greasy and even though I use it very sparingly and try not to get it in my hair, it must Transfer when washed as I am left with greasy hair after thoroughly washing. Too dark and strange residueThe colour I ordered (dark brown) is pretty much black! Also, although I have very short hair, I had to wash it about 5 times to get the weird waxy residue out. The residue then collected on the floor of the shower and blocked the plug. Safe to say I won’t be using again or recommending.
