Gotta love the Red!This is my first time trying eSalon and I absolutely love the results! I've had my hair professionally colored red for years and spent a ton of money. When filling out the questionnaire, I was honest and realistic. I added a description of my hair and a photo of me with the color I wanted to achieve. #esalon The color was spot onI will be a repeat buyer and want to know if you keep my info from on file since I will be buying those colors again. I am in utter shock over how well my hair color came out. I used to go to a salon but had to paid $80-100 to get it colored. Loved the strand test but did not like the complete turn out.When I did the strand test everything looked great and I thought I would enjoy it but upon completion, I was not in love with the look. Not at all what I wantedWhen I selected a color, I expected red undertones but my hair is basically maroon and I followed the directions exactly. I would never trust this company again with hair color. The color I got was precisely what I DID NOT want. I am incredibly disappointed. I had to run out and buy other dye to fix it.
