My esalon experienceMy colorist customized my color one time and has continued with the same blend for my roots originally at 6 week touch ups and now 8 week intervals. Not once since I’ve been using esalon have my roots turned black. I had no idea she had brought out my natural hair color with natural highlights and lowlights. Thank you Jennifer!! 100% Better than other brandsEsalon’s formula covers grays really well. And the best thing about it is that my hair does not smell like I just coloured it afterwards! I just love it! Customer service gave a quick reply when I had a querry, and they were helpful too! This order arrived within 5 days of ordering, not 6 weeks as it said so yey for delivery service! My colorI like my hair color. Had to make a few changes I was getting a lot of my red which is natural coming through with the color. No fault of the stylist. So I spoke with them and we changed it they out a little more ash in it but my darn hair does have a lot of pigments of red. I will have to learn to deal with it. But overall the color is beautiful and makes me look a tad bit younger. The best color I’ve ever had!!I have natural hair and went to a salon several months ago to color. They did such an awful job that I immediately got braids to cover it up. I kept the braid style for six months ... but eventually wanted to wear my hair out again.... and it had grown quite a bit! Now I had 3 hair tones , my natural dark brown at new growth , the ugly color from before and lots of grey! A mess. I decided to try e-salon. I answered all questions on profile about my hair and then voila! My color came. I followed the directions exactly ... it was not difficult.
