A Perfect Adjustment!I have very color-resistant gray hair, It seemed like my gray roots were growing in faster than before, so I mentioned this to my colorist, Danielle, who suggested going a shade darker. I went with it, and it has been so much better, I'm really pleased! She changed my color from medium to dark blonde, which doesn't sound like a big change, but my gray coverage lasts longer and my color is a bit richer too. So I made a mistake!This was my first time using this service. I loved the customization of colors that I could pick. I picked something I thought was close to the color now. It wasn't. They tried calling me, emailing me. They said it wasn't going to be ok. I ran short on time and didn't listen. I get my color. It is packaged so pretty. Instructions on point. I think that this will be great. Then I wash it and dry it. I am so pale and my hair is soooo dark that I look like a vampire. I give it to this company... They are legit, nice and prompt. They try to go out of their way when they think you are making a mistake. If I would have listened, I am sure it would have been great. Instead, the color did exactly what I was sceptical of, it is permanent! No fade yet 4 weeks in. I asked them to lighten the color and they will probably have a couple sessions to get it light enough again, but they are super nice about it. I will love this stuff with the right color! Covers the gray amazing!Love how it covers the grays... even tho i didnt have a lot of grays just streaks so cant say how it wld be on more grays and loved how the color popped after wards.. but did feel a bit hard at first then after two or three washes, soften up and really did make my hair shine and i get compliments even tho i didnt do much to my hair! Won’t be doing this again.So disappointed. I held off doing the color for a while and finally did it tonight. While my roots color looks great my ends didn’t seem to grab the color and look weird. Worst experience everThe smell was the start of a bad night. Couldn't finish dying hair, so roots are bright red, rest is old dull red. All fans on in house and all windows open and patio door, didn't help until I dumped the rest down the drain as I showered. Even in shower it burned my eyes and choked me. The dye is runy and ruined clothes and all my bathroom stuff. I prepped as I always do, still ruined everything. Fantastic ProductI have used this product once twice, but I have another one ready to use within the month. I really like the results. I had proper hairdressers to administer it and they were impressed. I loved the presentation of the product, with my name on the box, and everything is labelled so you know what is what!
