DisappointedI found eSalon to be no better than any other box dye. In fact, I would have been happier with a semi-permanent from the drug store rather than the permanent shade from eSalon that was the only one available in the colour I wanted. Although I admit it was very close to my natural shade, it turned out much more drab than the picture. wrong color- hard to wash outI ordered dark brown for my roots. They came out auburn/brown... I have to get root touch up at the store to re-do them. Also, when I got in the shower to rinse out the color I had a moment of panic because the dye was stuck in my hair like wax and was difficult to get out. Cancelling my order today. Terrible, horrible results.If I could give you zero or negative stars I would. I ordered a strawberry blonde with lots of red. Love itI’ve used the usual drug store hair color for about 5yrs mainly to color grey hair. It was destroying my hair and irritating my scalp. The e-salon hair color product is so much better. I love how it is shipped with meticulous attention to packaging-each product wrapped and/or bagged for an impressive appearance when opening every item. Personalized directions are a real treat. I’m very happy with the hair color, and I know help is always a touch away. I am pleased with the other products as well. The shipping every month saves me from having to worry about “the next coloring”. Perfect every timeI'm still so happy with my color and I just called customer service to reschedule my next order and it was unbelievably easy! Also, easily added color for my ends. Sheesh. I usually HATE calling to do things like this but they made me feel like I can call all the people and resolve all the things! Beautiful color - Simple applicationI am so happy with the results of eSalon’s personalized at home color set. It was easy to use and I have never colored my hair before.
