This product changed my mind!I have been coloring my hair at home for a long, long time (buying the product at a local beauty supply store) and once a year I get it professionally done to "fix" anything I have been messing up. I have naturally dark brown hair that I have been coloring red tones for over 20 years and was about to just let it go all gray, but chickened out. I saw this product advertised on Facebook and decided to give it a try. Sent pictures of my hair color thinking there is no way they will match it (I have a bunch of colors in my hair). Received the package and was delighted at the packaging and instructions. I followed the instructions and while there were more steps than my usual just slap the color on my roots and be done with it (they sent me color for the ends also, and the putting the remainder on in the shower was something I had never done before), my hair came out beautiful! It is shiny, no damage (well, except to the shower where I had to clean off all the color that got on the shower curtain while massaging my scalp for 2-3 minutes), various tones not just one color, and the roots are better than I have ever had them even with a professional doing them! I don't know how they do it, but they worked their magic and I am one happy camper! The gray hair can wait a bit longer, I am loving this color too much right now. Thank you! One Con: The product stains your face more than the usual hair color does. They send a stain guard to put on, but I did not use it (next time I will!) since I never had a problem before with getting the color off my face with acetone (yes, I said nail polish remover). The way I look at it is, if it isn't coming off your face quickly, then it will stay on your hair longer, so worth the effort of getting the stain off in my opinion. 26 von 26 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Started losing a lot of hair after using this product!!After using this product a few times I noticed increased hair loss. This has not happened to me with other products. I tried to color the ends one time & it immediately noticed hair loss & breaking. Next time I did all over coloring. With continued use I am losing massive amounts of hair. Wow! So Perfect!These color specialists, I've gotta say are very talented and know what theyre doing! When all they have to work with is a written message and a current picture, while I try to describe what I think I want my hair color to be, yet not even knowing how to describe it... and they still nailed it spot on!!! I'm still so excited to get my touch up kits! I am no longer afraid to make minor changes because i know they know what im looking for and wont let me down. My color makes me look awake and vibrant and ive not experienced any damage as a result! If thats not enough... im saving a ton of money by doing my own hair color AND i can do it on my time, when salons are closed and my nights are peaceful. My own colorI was anxious to try this product. I have been coloring my hair for several years, and had not been happy with any of the results. While I was a bit skeptical, I decided to try eSalon. Now I couldn't be happier. This is the best color I have had for my hair in more than 15 years. I feel and look younger. My gray hair is all covered, and I loved using the brush that came with the color set. I feel that I was listened to, they delivered what they said they would, and am still in disbelief as to how much I love my new hair. Best color ever!I have colored my hair for more than 40 years in some form or another. eSalon Custom Color Set not only provides everything you need (love that I get 2 pairs of gloves, stain guard, and stain remover) but my color stays true between colorings.
