Really wanted to continue my subscription but...I went to the ESalon in Los Angeles and loved getting my color done with the colorist. She was great, the color was great although my hair felt a little heavy afterwards, and I loved getting the kits sent to me. I got my first kit at home and meticulously followed the directions. I don’t know if it is because I live in a city with extremely hard water or what but the color turned into a waxy, sticky mess in my hair that would not go away after several shampoos. I could not brush my hair or even dry it properly. I reached far back into my brain to think about what could restore my hair - chemistry courses!! Oil binds with oil so I massaged my hair in olive oil for 10 to 15 minutes. It was a messy process too but it enabled me to finally wash the waxy sticky residue out of my hair. I thought this might have been an anomaly so I tried again 4 weeks later and the same thing happened. 1st Time , nope 2nd times a charm!!When I dye my hair when it's first done usually the first Month it has a very pretty shine and vibrant color to it. The color I was sent was very dull and did not feel good about it like I normally would when u first get ur hair done and u have a nice new color. And want to show it off.,,, But I just told one of the colorist my problem and they changed my color so the second time I dyed it I was happy with the results a nice pretty color that I was originally looking for I still feel like I might need a conditioning treatment of some kind to get some shine back in my hair but overall I'm happy. 156 von 165 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Great customer serviceLast shipment got lost in the hustle and bustle of Christmas deliveries called shipped out a second one receive that two days later. This is so much better than I imaginedI don't normally leave reviews online, but my custom hair color from esalon was so good I have to tell other people. My background is that I have had my hair colored in salons for at least 15 years but have recently moved to a very expensive country/city and was looking to save money on my hair care. Also, I should admit that I've been a bit unhappy with my hair color for at least a year or so. I find salons are all pretty much the same -- they all use the main manufacturers and so the colors are quite limited. I felt my hair looked flat and the stylist I had was not paying attention to the fact that my roots were so differently colored than my ends. It drove me crazy. I have now used the esalon color mixed for me once and I am so impressed. My hair looks and feels really lovely. Hair colorHello. I would like to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for my most recent order. I'm not sure what has changed, but the last 3 times that I have used this product, there is a film left in my hair that takes several shampoos to remove. It's like there is an oil-slick in my hair. I have actually had to cancel arrangements because I colored my hair on the day of my plans, and my hair was so gross that I couldn't go out. I recommended this product to my daughter, and the same thing happened to her. Obviously, whatever change was made to the formula is not working. Please cancel my upcoming order and subscription. Greys not covered see picturesI did my hair today January 16, 2019, I did around my face before anything, then the rest of my roots. I followed the direction to the "T" This product Didn't cover my greys no more then the other Hair dyes I buy. I want to cancel my membership I would like a refund!!!.. Was not worth the money to me. The more I look around my hair I see It's not even the color I want. Looks Dark. LIke i said i would lIke a refund. You can send me a label to send back the empty bottles box. Hair color on a budget & for an on-to-go individualThree years later, and after several domestic and job relocations, I am still a loyal eSalon customer.
