Super happy!! Will be purchasing again!My adult daughters, have begged me, not to touch my hair. I have natural white streaks, that began growing in 2018, after I lost my father and brother, four months apart to suicide. I love my white streaks and get compliments all the time. People actually think they are professional done. At 47 years old, I’ve been ready for a change, I just didn’t want to lose my streaks. I Felt they had been earned. The colorist made a beautiful color. Dark brown with purple pearl. When my daughter came home yesterday, she was like, “Wow, you look beautiful, that color” She absolutely loves it and I do too!! I was able to separate most of my white streaks and am incredibly happy about that! The whole experience has been great!! The color is awesome. I’m glad the colorist wanted me to go with Demi permanent, especially since it was my first time in over 20 years doing anything to my hair. Love my colorI love the color and all the additional features that are included. But, please, don't send three gloves inside of the fourth. I wasn't able to just put them on as quickly as usual. Brilliant!I was pleasantly surprised by my experience of using esalon. The colour was exact to what I needed, which was amazing. The pack included shampoo/conditioner & colour guard/remover, everything I needed to colour my hair stress free. The colour was very gently. I would highly recommend esalon. Ruined my hairYou are told your hair photos are sent to a colourist which is a lot of rubbish . I have emailed you several times .
