Great colorMy hair color is strawberry blonde. Most people are aware that red hair dye can either look very phony or it fades very fast. the color is so perfect and natural looking. Better than my natural hair color!Better color than when I was young with one single gray hair. I love it. How did I become Princess Ariel?!My color was described as dark blonde but what happened was my hair turned a very unnatural, uneven red. Then it turns out I was shipped another order as I was on automatic resend. I do not recall asking for this service as I would never get a repeat of a product I had not tried yet and was ultimately extremely disappointed in. The customer service woman was very friendly and although I was refunded for the purchase I was still charged for shipping, a service I did not want! I wrote an e-mail asking for a refund of the original product as the policy states 100% guarantee but it has been over a week and I have not received a reply. 7 von 7 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
