I couldn't love this hair color more.Everyone thinks my hair color is natural and I get complements all the time. Someone even said she loved my highlights, even though I just do an all over color. ColorFirst time using it at hom. I think I love it. Want to wait to see how it fades and how long it lasts. Disappointed my kit did not include the highlights. I thought it did. That is what I understood when had my appointment in Hollywood. Also thought kit came with shower cap. It included everything else except the shower cap(?). Disappointed.I really wanted to like this idea, but after my third use of the dye on my roots, I’m very disappointed. The dye leaves a heavy waxy residue on my hair, I had to wash it six times as my hair is very thick. I had to concentrate on small pieces and really scrub it to get it out and I felt like it was taking the dye out of my hair. Perfect color adjustment!!You nailed it!! I was hoping for a lighter color without damaging my hair. I've updated my photo so you can see that it's closer to a strawberry copper color and I know as it grows out it will be perfect with my red pale skin. Thank you thank you thank you!! Never DisappointsI've been customer for about five years and I have never been disappointed with the results. I foolishly asked my in-person stylist to help me go from dark blonde to a bright, coppery red. Well, I ended up with a flat, reddish brown and not at all what I was hoping for. My e-salon colorist saved the day and adjusted to my formula to help me get exactly what I wanted. I'm so happy with my new color!
