perfectThis was my first experience with esalon.com I loved everything about this experience from start to finish. I found it helpful to add pictures of my current hair color and a picture of what color I was hoping to achieve. I had pretty damaged hair from a terrible experience in a salon and was fed up with the salon experience. I was worried coloring my hair again would damage it further. However after coloring my hair with the esalon kit my hair turned out beautiful, shiny with no fall out and I achieved exactly the color I wanted. The whole process was very easy and the personalized instructions were very helpful. The color didn't stain my skin and didn't smell of heavy chemicals which I appreciated. Customer services was excellent. I will definitely be telling my friends about esalon and using this services again. In rare cases, one can develop sensitivity to hair color over time. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
