Didn’t color my gray rootsThis is the 2nd time I’ve used this. Both times the color was a light brown on my roots where the rest of the color was dark brown. I need to go back to the salon. COLOR DIFFERENTI was very happy with my color the first two times I ordered but this last batch was not the same color, even though it stated on the booklet it was the same color ratio. New fanI am extremely pleased with this product. I color my hair every 5-6 weeks to cover a crown of grey around my hairline. I usually home color from Sally's. I normally like those results but I decided to try ESALON. I wanted to get away from the red in my hair. I left notes and the colorist got it perfect! It covered my grey in very natural way. Custom ColorI have saved so much money (and time) by joining this plan and coloring my hair by myself. It's very easy, the instructions are very clear, and I have all of the support that I need. Even when I purchased my own color and developer from the beauty supply store to color my own, I did not get the beautiful results (and long-lasting gray coverage) that I get from this Custom Color Set. I am a very pleased customer, and will stay for life! If I had to change anything, it would be the method of opening the shampoo and conditioner. The top that tears off isn't low enough to allow any product to come through easily. I always have to remember to bring scissors to the shower with me for the final step.
