FabulousI could not believe the results after I tried eSalon for the first time after storing the kit for a year because I was very skeptical, but my color turned out & matched perfect, just wonderful! Loved it!I love eSalon! The color was exactly what I was looking for; the step-by-step instructions were very thorough and very easy to follow; and last but not least, the quality of the color is great! My gray hair was completely covered and didn't show through for at least 5 weeks. Very impressed with eSalon, the products and service! In fact, I'm telling all my friends about it! (I hope their hair stylists don't come looking for me!) ...Looking forward to my next order, which is right around the corner....So excited to see the changes I requested. Easy, Great Color!First time around, the color was too dark, so I contacted my "color specialist" She adjusted the color combo. The result? Perfection! STILL A REDHEAD!I am 77 years old and should probably fade gracefully into gray. However I just cannot face being anything but a redhead which I've been all my life. It really is the bestI have been colouring my hair for around 15 yrs now, and I can honestly say this is the best product I have ever used. Ruined my hair...The demi ruined my hair. Instead of an apology or tips to try to fix I get a strongly recommend that I quit using their product. This company stands behind their product until it goes wrong. Covered greys but wrong colorI ordered a medium ash brown and I ended up with the darkest brown nearly black. Yes it covered my greys but it was far from the expected color.
