You take the good with the bad pointsI have used the color for a while and it is fine. It makes my hair incredibly limp for the first day and a LOT falls out. I have tried to ask questions but about these issues but there is no way to do that. I tried the highlight kit and it torched my hair (not in a good way) . It became terribly brittle and the ends split badly. I would never use that again but I have continued to use the color because it is a good price and I have gotten good at it. The website is the worst though. Two big things that any website should have is 1. search and 2. contact us. This has neither.
