One Star only!Your E-Salon hair color did not cover my gray roots. Your, colorist made an attempt to make some changes with the color and length of time for color to stay on the roots. Request for Slightly Lighter ShadeI had asked the colorist to mix a slightly lighter shade as I want to achieve a lighter colour over the next year but gradually.
