Great Custom ColorThe color is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! - have received many compliments - so much nicer than the box color!!! I love that eSalon provides everything you need to apply the color, and the application process is pretty simple too. Looking forward to receiving the color again since I'm having it tweaked some. Perfect Match!I ordered this 2 and a half years ago and never even opened the box. Against advice, yes I called customer service who was extremely nice and helpful, I decided to try it anyway. I know it is not recommended after 1 year- but I braved it and tried it anyways. I'm telling you it colored my gray roots and the color was a beautiful match. Just as good as the stylist I've been paying $80 to do. Excellent product. I can't wait to do it again. That's an extra $55 in my pocket every time. I think I'll use it for a pedicure!
