Disappointing!Cannot review this order since the bottle will not open. Total waste of $33+ I had four people try to get this open and no one could. It’s like it’s fused together. Prochaine couleur !Je suis ravie de ma première expérience excepté le bémol des cheveux blans à la racine survenus après 8 jours de pause. (Je suivrais votre conseil pour la prochaine application à savoir le temps de pause à prolonger ). Je prépare ma prochaine couleur je souhaiterais les éclaircir avec soit des mèches lumineuse qui éclaircieraient mon visage, soit une couleur lègèrement plus claire. Que me conseillez-vous ?
