First time customerHello, I found the product very easy to use and the amount just right. I have long hair down middle of my back, it’s fine but a lot of hair to work with. I like my color after 3 shampoo🤔Hi eSalon i love your customer service . I felt this was a win win in the end an thats what matters ? Yes an No depends on whom you ask do i want to see great color asap or after 3 shampoos? The color did. blend. Great with my white( no Grey's) hair but i didnt like color right away. Prise CouleurBonjour, je viens de faire la couleur qui a très mal pris. Je l'ai laissée pourtant plus longtemps que prévu, et cependant j'ai plus de la moitié de cheveux blancs. NeutralI was expecting a little more lightening to happen since before doing this color application, my hair was natural and not dyed. This basically just toned my hair warm.
