Ugh! Mousey hair!Unfortunately, I didn’t get what I first ordered, which was a light ash blonde. Instead I got sent a medium ash, it now looks like my original mousy colour that I’ve been dyeing for years to get rid of it! I did get an apology and a refund, which is good of them! So I’m washing my hair like mad, trying to lessen the mousy colour and it has gone a shade lighter, but not anywhere near my preferred blonde! 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Custom ColorThis is my first time using this and it has done a great job of keeping my hair color for a longer time than the one in the beautician salon. Perfect MatchI have been using ESalon for a year or more and I just love it. It is always a perfect match. I used to get it auto-delivery every 12 weeks and just changed it to every 8 weeks now (getting too much gray!) and am looking forward to my next shipment.
