Great color at home!I have always had my hair colored at the salon, but our household is on a money saving kick- esalon to the rescue. My hair looks fabulous, and I did it at home. The color is great the option to use a bowl/brush or bottle to apply everything was clearly explained, and couldn't have been easier. I got frizzed..I made the mistake of leaving the dye on my ends for 10-15 minutes , my hair is got totally frised . i just cut off 8" and now have short hair, I wish to go dyless for a few months to get my new hair in better condition. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Du auch? |

Colour leakMy hair was still leaving stains on my pillow cases still after 4 weeks had to throw my pillow case as it was stained I did like my colour so was gutted really although it has faded lots. I wanted purple tones and now it’s more red I had pear mahogany. It was a lovely colour just faded so much again I’m gutted as I was a qualified hair dresser that had to stop due to health problems. I found the colour set up very professional. I thought at last a professional colour set up with our having to go to salon I thought at last so was truly gutted as would have stuck with your company for ever. You did send me a message saying you would send me something free but never heard anything until now. I’d probably try again with yourselfs but I don’t no if I dare and if you were a real salon I’d expect it re done free of charge it as faded & stained my bedding and towels so ???? 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Good color, but way too much red in colorI liked the color, but it had way too much red and gold in it. It turned my gray hairs gold, and since the color was a light brown, it made them stick out even more. I have sent a note to my colorist to completely take out the gold and focus more on blonde and blue base for next time. We'll see how it goes. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. color adjustment not what I asked for.A couple of orders ago, I asked for a color adjustment which I described as "more red" what I got was a mix with double or more on the copper. It was so orange! Not a fan. Unfortunately, The latest shipment is the same because I was traveling for five weeks and didn’t get the color or ship date changed.
