The best surprise everI am so thrilled with my esalon color. I never expected such grand results. My niece applied it for me. She too was stunned. Love this product! Love the customer care!I was leary ordering hair color online, but I had to make a change. I went to a professional salon every 5 weeks, and out the door it was always $135, no highlights! 3 years ago I got a bad formula mix from a box color from the grocery store and it burned my hair. Some had to be shaved off! Took the salon about two and a half years to fix it completely. My formula from eSalon came in a beautiful box with everything I needed. Nice product but hard to wash outLove the packing and contents. Directions are clear, you’re given two sets of gloves (game changer), shampoo, conditioner, dye preventer for your skin and a remover for mistakes on the skin. The price is good and it produces a nice color. However, the color is almost impossible to wash out. It even turns slick and almost stuck to your hair in the shower. I have to use the entire shampoo and then my own shampoo. Seems like it’s not worth the dye job I just did having to wash my hair four times afterwards.
