Amazing!I cannot believe what a great match this is for my hair. It’s everything I asked for and so convenient. My hair colour was discontinued after six years of using it and I was panicking about how I would get my roots done without dying all of my hair. I have brought many different colours from the shop to try it and none of them were right, I didn’t have worried because Esalon corrected my suggested colour and gave me a perfect match.! Colour adjustmentI sent a commentary to your rapport people over a week ago but did not receive a response. I was horrified to find my hair a beige after colouring out. I was looking for platinum blond and the removal of the yellow in my colour. While I understand how my request to remove the yellow may have led to ‘ash’ and or ‘pearl’ I did not anticipate the beige/blue I got. I was looking for a reversal method but I have since gone to the drug store to get my own as there was no support from you.
