Not for me!My first colour as chosen by the style team turned my blonde hair orange instead of dark blonde. The second sent to fix it, turned my hair a darker but more intense orange. Great!I love Esalon! I have been with them for a number of years!! I am so thrilled with how attentive and helpful the colorists are and the quality of the products!! When I recently wanted to adjust my color pretty much every other month lately... to subtly adjust it from my long time color to what it has slowly becoming naturally... (aka the grays are winning, even in my (originally) naturally strawberry blonde hair!!) I wasn't quite ready to just 'embrace those grays' at first. But I want my hair to always look natural... So they have been so fantastic (!!) Helping me by slowly pulling back on the warmer color tones in my custom color on my once naturally reddish blonde color! But hair changes... So now we are adding more neutral colors to match what is becoming my new natural color. It's made my transition from me being a red head (which I have been for many, many years!! Both naturally and with a little bit of color help!) To moving towards a more subdued neutral, soft, blonde. Soon I am planning to even begin adding in some ashy, silvery tones!! Embracing a new phase and not going to fight those grays, but just plan to make them beautiful!! Just always so pleased, everytime my color arrives, it always looks amazing!! Perfect Hair ColorI couldn't be more pleased with my hair color! I've gotten many compliments. The instructions are pretty straight forward; I just need to master how to apply the color It will come with practice, I'm sure. I've even recommended eSalon to my sister and she is now a member!
