Improvement and great customer careThe first time I used this product it made my hair really dry and brittle; which made the color dull. I spoke to my color specialist and he made some adjustments. The adjustments were duly noted. My hair was evenly colored to my specifications and no more dry brittle hair. I wanted more golden to go lighter like a bronze instead I got a very dark brownThe color was soft with a nice sheen just wrong , not what I asked for. I also received a new kit already and I stated I only color every quarter at most...3 times per year at best. Not what I asked forI was lead to believe this was a service that understood the subtleties of your hair colouring requirements I have just used my first delivery of hair colour and am very disappointed I asked for a mid brown non red colour . I sent photos and a detailed description of what I wanted which was an in between 4and 5with no red and now have a very dark reddish brown !!! How come ?....
